Saudi Arabia may be the busiest country now, the officials were preparing for a competition which is gave the name "Adorn of Mecca" in the city of Jeddah.

This competition is in expected to last up to 2 years, Osama Al-Bar mayor of Mecca hoping the artists from the Arab countries and Muslim participate in the competition.

Osama also said, the competition aims to decorate the city with Islamic art and display art Mecca heritage. Governor of Mecca Province, Prince Khaled Al-Faisal also added that the kingdom of Saudi Arabia wishes to make the city of Mecca as the most beautiful and modern in the world.

Winners of the competition will be rewarded for 300.00 dollars and his work will be on showcase at 12 locations in Jeddah.

Whether just to decorate the state or to compete with neighboring countries United Arab Emirates who previously held a successful grand opening of the Burj Dubai is now replaced with the Burj Khalifa (See: Video Of Burj Dubai Opening). But this remains a sad irony.
