Obama Will Visit to Indonesia at End of Year

Barack Obama seems still “curious” to visit Indonesia, his second country. Obama said his desires to go to Indonesia in his opening speech of UN General Meeting. Minister of Foreign Affairs of Indonesia, Marty Natalegawa said, although Obama don’t mention its time specifically, but Marty predicts that Barack Obama will come to Indonesia the end of 2010.

Obama's plan to visit Indonesia is part of his visit to several countries including India and other country.

When Marty was asked about the certainty of Barack Obama's plan to visit Indonesia at the end of the year, Marty said that he could not make sure it. "In recent months we do not know what will happen next, so the plan could be canceled again. But we keep preparing his arrival plan," said Marty.

As we knew before, Obama has canceled his visit to Indonesia 2 times. The first occurred on March 23, 2010, when Obama handled the issue of health law.

And the second occurred on June 2010. At that time, Obama was trying to solve the problem of oil spills in the Gulf of Mexico that has resulted bad impacts to the surrounding environment.
