Motorola Xoom, Aplle’s Next Target - After the Galaxy Tab 10.1, now Motorola Xoom turn to be sued Apple. Apple have registered their complaint at Xoom in court in Dusseldorf, Germany, the same place with the registration of the lawsuit on the Galaxy.
This lawsuit essentially questioned the design of Xoom are judged similar to the iPad. It is not known when Apple registered the complaint, but perhaps not far away with a lawsuit against the Galaxy.
Xoom is Motorola's first Android tablet on the market that uses the Android Honeycomb operating system, tablets with 10.1-inch screen starts greeting customers in early 2011.
Apple didn’t mention implicitly their demands for Xoom. Maybe they also wanted banned the sale of Xoom for the EU, as well as the Galaxy Tab 10.1.
Previously, Apple and Motorola have accused each other of patent infringement related to the respective products. The case between the two technology giants involved about 40 patents.
