Motorola Ask iPhone Sales Ration - In addition to the Samsung, Apple also has problem with Motorola. That is about a patent of smartphone in a German court. Motorola seems to have higher chance to win it.
German court had banned the sale of Apple products like iPhone and iPad because it violated Motorola patent. But the decision was postponed for temporary for reviewing the Motorola claims more intensive.
Court documents that are examined by a patent expert, Florian Mueller, also revealed that Motorola requested the 2.25% of Apple sale that violates the patent of Motorola. This patent related to 3G antenna.
If Apple is found to have violated the patent and have to obey the wishes of Motorola, then Motorola will have a lot of money. As an illustration, the sale of iPhones reached revenue of about USD 93 billion since 2007.
In other side, Google will ultimately benefit if Apple decides to pay a license, because Google position now is in the final stage of Motorola acquisition.
