You might remember with Paul "Octopus ", an animal that has managed to predict the eight World Cup matches correctly (Read: Spain World Cup Champion, Paul Safe). Now Paul has dead.
Through a statement posted online on Spiegel in English version, the Sea Life Centre in Oberhausen, Germany, said that Paul died peacefully in his sleep, on Tuesday. Management and staff of the Aquarium Sea Life Oberhausen deeply grieved when they know that Paul was dead this morning, it was a statement from the aquarium.
Previously Paul had received threats from some people who are angered by his predictions (Read: Paul Octopus Ready to be Eaten), but Spain as the winner of the 2010 World Cup managed to "rescue" him by enthrone him as a national treasure.
But now we can not see Paul's action anymore. Good By Paul ... ..
