Egypt news, ten people were killed during clashes between supporters and opponents of the Egyptian government in a court of Cairo, said a doctor at the emergency clinic who treated the victim on Thursday.
Dr. Sayyid Hussein said that the emergency clinic, which was established in the vicinity of the mosque near the square, noting the ten deaths.
"One half hour ago, two people were brought to me with gunshot wounds to the head. They were in a state of gasping for breath and died. The third case followed, the victim in a state of very severe, but he was taken by ambulance to the hospital" said a another doctor, Yasser Tibi, at the emergency clinic.
The health minister said that six people were killed previously and more than 800 injured in the clash, including the journalists.
