Samsung will Conduct Investigation ofGalaxy S III Burned - One student reported that the Galaxy S III that she had just bought suddenly burned with an unknown cause.
Through the blog of Samsung Tomorrow, the South Korean manufacturer will do an investigation related to the case. They want to know why the problem can occur on their new flagship smartphone.
"There is an online post showing the Galaxy S III apparently damaged by the heat at the bottom. Samsung knows this issue and will begin to investigate it as soon as we receive the product," said Samsung
"Once the investigation complete, we will provide more details on this situation. We are committed to providing our customers with products that are as safe as possible and take care of this thing seriously," said Samsung.
The user who claims this incident is Dylan Kershaw, a student in Dublin , Ireland
Suddenly Dylan saw smoke and flames came out from the body of the Galaxy S III. In the photo, the handset looks a little burnt on the bottom of the body.
