Each country has an organization that responsible to the registration of vehicles. The registration process is required for each vehicle that was in the country to know clearly its data, from the type until vehicle owner.
After that, you will be provided number plates which must be installed in your vehicles. Number plate contains a few numbers and letters in alphabetical. Each country would have a different system about this subject. If the number plate has installed, you can use the vehicle whenever you want.
